Order Processing Time
Processing Period
Orders for in-stock pieces are typically processed within 2–5 business days from the date of purchase. Custom, engraved, or made-to-order pieces may require additional time, which will be clearly communicated at checkout or via email.
Business Days
Order processing takes place Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Payment & Verification
To keep transactions secure, all orders are subject to payment verification and address confirmation before processing. Orders with incomplete, incorrect, or unverifiable information may experience delays.
High-Demand & Seasonal Delays
During launch drops, promotional campaigns, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during such times.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
If your purchase includes pre-order or backordered items, shipping will occur once all items are available, unless separate arrangements are made with our support team.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you'll receive an email confirmation along with tracking information to follow your shipment's progress.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)
We use reliable carriers such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post Speed Service for orders within India. The choice of courier depends on your location and selected shipping method.
International Shipping
For customers outside India, we work with reputed international carriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure smooth, timely deliveries worldwide — USA/Canada, UK/Europe, Middle East, and Australia/NZ included.
Shipping Options
Standard, Express, and Insured Shipping are available at checkout. Estimated delivery times and costs may vary based on your destination and selection.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier details, so you can follow your shipment in real time.
Signature Confirmation

Custom, Engraved, or Made-to-Order Pieces
Pieces that require customization, engraving, or specialized craftsmanship may take additional time depending on design complexity. Typically, such pieces require 1–2 weeks before dispatch; more intricate or highly personalized designs may take longer.
Our team will personally reach out via email or your provided contact details to share progress updates, confirm design specifications, and make sure your piece reflects your vision before it ships.
Remote or Restricted Areas
Deliveries to certain remote, rural, or restricted regions may require additional transit time due to carrier availability or local regulations.

Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to ShineWine. In such cases, re-shipping may incur additional delivery charges.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. ShineWine is not liable for delays or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Customs inspections or delays may occur in certain countries. We kindly request your understanding, as such delays are beyond our control.
Documentation
All required shipping and customs documentation, including certification paperwork for lab-grown diamonds, will be accurately prepared and attached to ensure a smooth clearance process.
Refused or Returned Shipments
If an international shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties, incorrect address, or refusal to accept delivery, any associated return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund.
Restrictions
Some countries may have import restrictions on specific materials or gemstones. Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered items comply with their country's import regulations before placing an order.

Once an order is placed, changes to the shipping address may not be possible if the order has already entered processing or been dispatched.
Undeliverable Packages
ShineWine is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
Return to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment will only occur once the customer provides the correct address and pays any applicable reshipping fees.
Third-Party Shipping
Orders shipped to third-party addresses (e.g., offices, hotels, or gift recipients) are considered delivered once the carrier confirms successful delivery to the specified address.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Change Requests
If you wish to modify your order details — shipping address, contact information, or product specifications — please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this time may not be processed if the order has already entered production or been shipped.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled until they have been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. Custom, engraved, or made-to-order pieces cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun, as these items are specially crafted to your individual specifications.
Order Modification Limitations
For security and quality assurance reasons, changes to billing details, product type, or customization requests after confirmation may not be accepted.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing time.
ShineWine's Right to Cancel
ShineWine reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, unavailability of stock, or errors in product or pricing information. Customers will be promptly notified, and any payment received will be fully refunded.

P.O. Boxes & Restricted Addresses
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or government-restricted zones due to carrier limitations. Please provide a complete residential or business address for smooth delivery.

Some jewelry items containing precious materials or gemstones may be subject to country-specific import or export restrictions. Orders to such regions may be declined or delayed depending on local regulations.
International Limitations
Not all countries are currently eligible for international shipping. If your destination is outside our serviceable regions, our support team will contact you promptly to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.
