            We process the national delivery only through reputed insured couriers. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused and the same will be notified to customers.

              We offer multiple methods of payment like - Cash on Delivery (COD), Payment through Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net Banking. We assure you that all Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private.

               

              What is Cash on Delivery?

                With Cash on Delivery (COD), you can pay for your order in cash when it is actually being delivered.

                 

                Are there any additional shipping costs?

                  There are no additional shipping charges for shipment within India. The total price mentioned on the product page next to the photograph is the final price. What you see is what you pay.  

                  RETURNS

                  Can I return the product if I do not like it?

                    We have no questions asked return policy for 7 days. You can contact us for pick up and we will assist you with the return process. The product would be picked up by our authorized shipping partner within 3 to 4 working days once we receive your request. Once the product is back in our custody our quality team will inspect the same for quality and within 2 days the refund would be initiated. Please write us at care@shinewine.co for returns.
